Core Content: When people inquire about my prospects' resumes, this is exactly the what I tell them.

"Although every problem is complex, adhering to the following idea will put you ahead of 99% of other applicants:

1. Overall resume view. The "professional profile" followed by the "areas of expertise" and "careers highlights"section arranged in a bullets view are the "recruiter's favorites" (1st picture).

2. The best bullet arrangement.

Consider structuring your bullet points to contain the relevant details using AAO formula "action verb + accomplishment + outcome" to build the resume sentence (1st picture). E.g. Used Six Sigma (action verbs) in the assembly and launch of the first-class roll-forming production line (accomplishment), which led to the monthly production of 10,000 weel-wells (outcome). CAR Method and STAR Method are two other names for these accomplishments statements." Challenge, Reaction, and Outcomes (C-A-R)

Task, Situation, Action, and Results (S-T-A-R) 2nd picture gives us an even more robust example of the AAO reverse formula implementation, which is probably my favorite at the moment, the OAA formula: E.g. 41% labor cost reduction (outcome) utilizing material handling best practices (accomplishment) when managing the logistics division (action verb). #resume #resumetips #resumeadvice #resumebuilding #resumewritingservices
